Ok.
Just went for an oil change by appt.
Oil change and carwash with in 1 hour.
Car wash is free however left a lot water spots, which I had to re- wash and vacuum.
Will return for oil change but no car wash, those spots if not taken care of will leave a mark

2 recalls on my Sonata
I took my car in for 2 recalls.They told me that it was going to take a couple of hours to replace 2 things in my car. I returned a couple hours later and my car was ready. They even washed it. That’s what I like.

I TOOK MY CAR FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPLACED THE STICKER FROM MY WINDSHIELD WITH A NEW ONE INDICATING WHEN MY NEXT OIL CHANGE IS NEED IT.

Erratic pulls felt from either brakes or transmission
Service agent and manager did follow up until they found the problem. My 2018 Sonata did have a software fix update tat is not considered a recall (apparently) so they struggled to find what was wrong as my car was not doing the symptoms all of the time. It took a lot of explaining and driving to understand until he figured it out

Tire not repairable
Was told by dealership tire was not repairable due to a nail puncture. I then took the car to Discount Tire to have the same tire repaired. That was a little red flag in the integrity of the service department by the dealership.
