I purchased their covering and ceramic coating. I was never so happy for when the car was a month or so new, while backing out of my garage, my driver's side rear view mirror "met" the garage's side white painted frame. My once midnight blue car had white scratches! I brought it to Titan Works and they simply replaced the covering on the rear view mirror with new and my mirror was now back to a solid midnight blue. Would have been much more expensive had I needed the mirror to be fixed with new paint in body shop!
The service is amazing! Regardless of the type of car you own, you are treated so well! In their work area, there were Masaraties, my Jaguar crossover, Porsches and a Subaru! All cars are treated equally. They know that the cars' owners enjoy the cars that are brought into the shop. There is no difference on how they treat the cars' owners.
They honor the time that they set at the beginning so it enables successful planning on my end. They explain everything that they do quite well. Their entire focus is to ensure that the customer understands the various options of what they are recommending and choose the correct option for themselves.
