Bryan said when he took his vehicle in for an oil change they advised him that his oil filter needed to be changed. They advised him that they needed to go get the part from a second facility and that he should come back in a few hours. When he did not hear anything from them until almost closing, he called. At which point they advised him that they did not have the part in question and that he would have to go pick it up himself. They should not have offered a part they did not have.
