Work performed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wait time. ⭐️⭐️
Service rep. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If this dealership would offer loaner cars or longer mileage limits I would rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service done seemed great but the wait time was double than promised although this was a scheduled service not just a drive in. A 3 hour wait time for a recall repair and a standard maintenance service turned into a 6 hour wait. I do have to admit they added a 4 wheel alignment. That shouldn’t have been an extra 3 hours.
I usually drop the car off and get a courtesy ride back home but my wife and I had errands to do around the dealership so I opted to wait for my vehicle to be done so we planned to be back in 3 hours (we sat for an additional 3 hours waiting for our vehicles work to be completed). I am on the fringe of their mileage area and all I hear from some of the courtesy shuttle drivers is complaining about going over their mileage range. I 😢am only about a few miles out of their range but I have to get their blessing to get the shuttle. The manager usually approves this with no question.
No freebies were offered for my extended wait. I would have appreciated a free oil, filter change for the inconvenience. My son has a new Mazda and they provide courtesy vehicles for extended repairs and recalls. They also offer freebies if the work isn’t done by the time quoted. I think Toyota should be more hospitable. Get back on the ball Toyota before Mazda and Honda take the lead.
I hope the dealer manager reads this and we can talk as I use this dealership for my service.
