Henry was very good, no over-inflated ego to deal with. Answered my inquiries about a near future tri
p. At the end of the check in conversation, double checked, item by item, with me all that was being done.
As they were replacing a faulty tire pressure sensor, they discovered another that was still somewhat functioning, called me to let me know & offered to change that one out as that time, saving me additional labor costs at a nearer future date. Worked for me.
When the car was completed, Henry reviewed all that was done including the check list from the oil change.
To sum it up, it was nice dealing with people whose egos weren't in the way. I was interacted with all around as a person, not a dumb female who doesn't have the capacity to understand what's going on with the car. No patronizing.
Again, a huge "thank you" to Henry and others on the crew for your professionalism & no over-inflated ego.

All I know is this: Before → she was threatening scorched earth. After → she wanted mediation and “privacy.”
