"Professional, no unnecessary "extras" pushed on customer."
For the first time, I did not feel intimidated. Felt totally confident that my car would be well serviced and the price would be fair. I am a single woman 71 yrs young! Refreshing experience.

"Most recent car maintenance check up on my Nissan Versa’s car"
Everything is great, only thing is u forgot to turn off the pressure symbol that is in the dashboard. Can I just go there one of this day, or do I have to make another appointment?

Brianna said the business was nice to her. They asked her if she wanted refreshments and they made her feel welcome. They also had a great waiting area as well. They were quick and they did not badger her on other things that needed to be done on her vehicle. She was on a budget and the staff was willing to work with her on the price of the repairs. "They've Always Been Great, but..."
I was a little disappointed this last visit, the alternator was replaced and that was done well but the engine covers were in the trunk and not placed on the engine and the radio displayed ERR3.
We will still go to AI but please remember the small details, thanks.
