I appreciate the way Steve explained the things that need to be checked / done for the 60,000 mile service (I was @ 58,000 mi) & what could wait until I bring my RAV in @ 65,000 mi. This helped my budget. I also appreciate how they cover my seats & floor mats to keep my vehicle clean & how clean the shop is. They are always on time taking my car & completing the work when they say. This is my 8th vehicle from this dealership & I always use this shop for service.
