Scott was my service rep and he is definetly customer friendly. He was able to help me get pets replaced that I didn’t even think were covered under warranty. He made it happen.

"The way service should be!"
2nd time to this service dept for a repair, Michael my service advisor was great and the rest of the service staff got my Elantra steering concern fixed and driving perfect again! I drive 100 miles 1 way to bring my car to them bypassing my local dealer due to their incompetence as they told me my car was driving normal! The guys at Tulsa Hyundai took the time to actually diagnose my problem and tell me in fact it was not normal and got me all fixed up. Thanks again!

"Scheduled Appointment Not Really a Scheduled Appointment"
I had a 10:00 appointment and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. There were a few other cars in the bay when I pulled up. I assumed if I had an appointment, I would be serviced at my appointment time and out of there. It appeared that although I had an appointment, I still waited in line with the other vehicles which resulted in waiting almost two hours.

You reset my Bluetooth, and it works, when Regional Hyundai charged me $100. For a diognostic test, and told me it would cost $ Six Thousand dollars to get it working.!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THEM, and I am going to report them.

"Service where people care."
When I have made appointments I get to the service center and they take the car ad soon as you give them the keys. They give you
an completion time and for the most part they meet it. This is my second Hyundai and for the money and the quality I don't know
any other auto manufacture that can beat the 5 years or 100,000 mile. Very happy service is great.
