"Customer service is great"
I have been going to Tunex for years and I feel they are honest. They will take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle, if you ask. They also aren't about just taking your money. They truly want to get your vehicle fixed.

"Friendly, Fast, and Fair. "
I live in Salt Lake City, and drive down to Orem for repairs and maintenance on my 97 BMW. These guys know repeat business and word of mouth is how you get and maintain a client base. They don't try to nickel and dime you. They are thorough in their inspection and research while diagnosing issues. They don't get upset if you have to wait on a repair. Just come back to them when you can. Like I said, "Fair, friendly, and fast." So happy to have a shop that is respectful.

They got me in right away and were able to diagnose what was wrong with my car, and were able to fix it right away. The cost was under what was quoted to me and my car drives like new again! Thank you so much.
