$1300 Damage done to vehicle while in their possession!!!

I wanted to share an experience that I had with a local company, Tupperway Auto Care on Ladson road. Now I have been going to Tupperway since I was young and my family and I still go there. When Mr. Tupper owned it, it ran smoothly and was a wonderful place to go. Jack Tupper knows the many times I have been in and out of there. I always trusted them to do a good job. We took my sons car in for an oil change and tire repair 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, his car was wrecked while it was there. Now the only people that had the keys to his car was Tupperway employees. I kept getting told that they would take care of it and not to cal the police. They would check their cameras and find out what happened. I was also told that it was under new ownership and that they would definitely help me since I was a long-time customer and they did not want any bad publicity. I was told to get an estimate and provide to them. I did all of that and provided it to them. I was told the owner would call me. I have not heard a word from him. I will never do business with them again and I urge all of you to be Leary of doing any business with them in the future. They used to be a good company that valued their customers, but it doesn’t appear to be that way anymore. Including pictures of my sons car. They did $1300 worth of damage. You would think they would want to make this right instead of losing business. It just sucks to put your trust in others just to get ripped off!!
