On 1 occasion I was dropping off laudry. When I dropped it, I was told that it would be ready by 10:00 am the next morning. I had to be at the airport by 11:30am in order to get through security in time for my flight. When I got to Twin City the next morning my clothes had not been touched. I was issued a refund for the $113.00 that I paid the day before.
Today I received a text message from Twin City telling me my laundry was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I was 4 minutes after closing. I walked to the door and pointed at my laundry based and ready. The 3 employee's told me that bother close at 9:00pm. I have already paid $103.00 for them yo be washed amd folded the day before. I pleaded that I needed my clothes to work in the next morning. The 3 employee's didn't care, 4 minutes late. No money transactions had to be done. Everything was pre paid for.
