Poor service, poor quality, unprofessional
The owner (and much of the staff) are hot tempered, and will be heard openly chastising their customers. Very unprofessional. If you choose to drop your laundry off, you will be lucky to get it back in full or clean smelling (smells like smoke). Eww.
