My 2021 kia k-5 was shaking like it was the front rotors when braking. The same problem had been fixed less than a year before and still under warranty. They said it was a tire that needed balanced. They balanced the tire which did not fix the problem. Took it back in recently. They said my wife declined checking the rotors after being told it may take a few days to look at it and would cost $200 to inspect. They called me back a few minutes later saying that he was wrong, and that they had looked at the problem, and their was no problem. I insisted that there was a problem. DeAundre called the third time and said that the rotors needed turned. I had to pay for the rotors again because the warranty expired because they just balanced a tire the last time. I left a message for the satisfaction surveyor and the manager. Neither called me back. It is very difficult to get through to anyone when calling. I will never buy a car from their again.
