Excellent Service Again

Poor service
Scheduled an appointment and at the end of the day they called and said they wouldn’t be able to get to it that day. I guess customer service is not a priority for them. Go elsewhere unless your time is not valuable.

Acknowledgeable people who listen to your problem.
I had been having trouble with my battery dying in my '97 Lincoln. I replaced the battery twice, before I realized that it wasn't the battery but something drawing the battery down. I took the car to my local Ford dealer and explained the problem. Their analysis was I had a dead battery and it needed to be replaced. I had explained to them that the battery was dead but what was causing it to die? I then decided to take the car to Uptown Auto Repair, Naram had sold me the two new batteries and he said that something else was the problem. I left the car and the next day, Naram, called that the problem was the alternator. WE replaced the alternator and I since have not had a problem starting the car. Next time I have a problem I will go to Uptown Auto Repair first. Joe L.

Bob said he had this business do an oil change for him. He had an oil leak, and he was impressed that this business was able to find the source of the leak when no one else could. There was a lot of vehicles coming in and a lot of people waiting around with no place to sit. He suggests the business should start making appointments to cut down on the congestion. The employees know what they're doing. He will probably bring the vehicle back in for the repair after he gets a second opinion.
