"Always a great experience!"
The service at Val’s is top shelf. They listen to my concerns and never try to upsale. They go out of their way to make sure my car is taken care of & I am happy. I love their service reminders. They offer all the wonderful service you do not get from a dealer anymore & that is so hard to find now a days. I recommend them every chance I get.

"2007 MINI Cooper"
While replacing the valve cover and oil filter housing gaskets, they noticed excessive wear on the serpentine belt they had recently replaced and replaced the belt under warranty. They notify me of problems they encounter prior to proceeding with the repair.

"I have decided to take my business elsewhere"
I have been a customer of Val’s for years and have always experienced great service when dealing directly with her. However, when I do not deal directly with her, I tend to have a less that great experience. The other person in the office has the ability to be both polite and rude at the same time. His customer service skills are inadequate for dealing with the public and in my opinion it’s a bad decision that he is the face of the company when I call or am there. Tuesday’s experience was my 3rd and final one that I will tolerate. I am the customer and do not appreciate being lectured to regarding internal company lunch policy that I do not have any control over. I was merely picking up my vehicle for services rendered. Sorry you were 5 minutes late for lunch and I will not inconvenience your schedule anymore. Val’s repair prices are competitive but that’s no excuse for the making customers feel like they are an inconvenience to you. This cannot be good for business and I have made the decision not to return until a change is made in the office.
