"Awesome Service"
The owner and employees of Val's Automotive are always professional and courteous. I am always pleased by the excellent and exceptional service they have provided for my vehicle at very reasonable prices. I will continue to use Val's over any other garage in the Roanoke Valley and will continue to recommend Val's to my family members and friends.

Lisa said her experience with the business began with her heater not working. She took it to the business and they got her in immediately for repairs on her heater coil. While they were working on that they diagnosed a fuel pump leak. They informed her of the leak and she brought the vehicle back the next day. They replaced the fuel pump, but the next day when she started it, she noticed a gas smell. She took the vehicle back and they stood behind the work they had done. They repaired the problem and they didn't charge her. She is very happy.

"Always a great experience!"
The service at Val’s is top shelf. They listen to my concerns and never try to upsale. They go out of their way to make sure my car is taken care of & I am happy. I love their service reminders. They offer all the wonderful service you do not get from a dealer anymore & that is so hard to find now a days. I recommend them every chance I get.
