Brand New F150!
Robert has been a great salesman throughout this entire encounter, his management has not. It took about 6 hours total for the entire process of the sale, I had to get warranties I didn’t want for the rate I did want. It took me 1 1/2 hours negotiating for them to fix the windshield on their pre-owned vehicle with a oem manufactured windshield and they finally say they can do it, so I proceed with the purchase. Then it comes to it and I find out halfway through my drive there after repeatedly asking if it is In fact a oem replacement I get told it’s not, I say hey while I’m already the thirty minutes into my hour trip there let’s go ahead and have them pull and plug the nail that they had promised they’d get out of my tire about a week prior but hadn’t, while I was negotiating for the windshield. In total it became a 5 hour trip for a nail pull and plug. This is the best part I get my vehicle back and hey tires plugged nails out but now you’ve returned it with scratches in the paint on the drivers side door that weren’t there when I brought it in. Haven’t even gotten a confirmation they’ll fix their mistake on the scratch in the door, or that they can actually replace my windshield with the oem glass until tomorrow when their pre-owned director gets in. This is actually getting ridiculous and I hope I don’t have to go the FTC because this company cannot compete their end of the car deal. Will keep y'all updated on the situation at hand and I hope to receive some type of assistance from Vandergriff moving forward. Thank you Robert for being the only star that I have given.
