"Great accountability and communication"
I originally brought my vehicle in to assess a fuel delivery issue. When I had initially picked up my vehicle there were certain things about the repair that were unsatisfactory to me, when I brought this to their attention they didn't give me the runaround or make excuses, they were eager to make it right. Now I have my car back and it's running like a top. We're all human, and their openness about making the job right was refreshing in an age where most service industries want to pump you our the other end and take your money. All things considered, it was a great experience and friendly staff.

"Job seemed rushed. Poor communication."
I brought my vehicle in for an overall inspection and to get a fuel delivery issue resolved that was causing my car to stall and and eventually not start. They determined it was the fuel pump. Unfortunately due to how inaccessible the pump is in my car I was quoted $1,000 for the completed job. I agreed and we moved forward with it. For updates on the vehicle I had to call every time. The day I was told the job would be done I hadn't received a call so I waited until an hour before they closed to call myself only to be told that the car was complete. I'm unsure if they were planning to call me at all that day. When I picked up my car the next morning I was presented with more issues. The carpet in the hatch of my car was wrinkled and lazily put back in place. My car is running and idling poorly. The fuel gauge no longer works, and the filler neck isn't centered in the window of the fuel door. My car is also smells very strongly of gas even now. I'm unsure if there's a leak somewhere. Long story short, my car runs now, but it still stalls. There's an underlying issue with the fuel delivery. And now I have several other issues to assess. With all of that being said, it would be unfair to not mention that Ryan at the front desk was very polite and professional when we did speak.

"amazing customer service"
I totally trust Curt for all my auto needs. He is so friendly, caring and helpful if he tells me my car needs something, I know for sure it's true and he is not just trying to add revenue. I really appreciate him, and if he ever leaves, I will follow him.

My clutch cable broke at 5:00pm, I called Ryan at Village Transmission, AAA came and towed my car to the shop. Next morning they worked to replace cable and got me back on the road that day. Many thanks. (Though your ad says you take checks... You didn't)

"Personal Expirence"
They take care of you. They work to make the job right. I love this place. My 2007 Mazda 3 is now running fantastic. Also the 24,000 mile warranty on their work is another quality about this place that makes you not worry about the repair. I will always take my cars that need repair there.
