In 1981, he opened Vulc-Tech Tire sales and repairing, and expanded to more comprehensive auto repairs and alignments in 1991

Hello David , during our state safety inspection we observed a loud exhaust leak from the right manifold area and gave you an estimate for that repair . When you returned for repair and our technician removed the fender well to began repairs he observed that the spark plug was extremely loose and this was causing the noise . We brought this to your attention and recommended changing the spark plugs and ignition wires at the same time . We apologize for any misunderstanding and strive for transparency which is why we informed you our inititial quick inspection was incorrect and advised .
