He asked me some questions and they brought my vehicle in right on time.
In less than an hour later, the problem was solved, for a very reasonable fee. The car dealership where I take my vehicle for servicing told me a list of issues and suggested a totally different “fix” which was totally NOT NECESSARY!!! Guess they thought I was just an uninformed female!
