"It was a misunderstanding "
I was the one who put up a previous review about not having the best service. It was all a misunderstanding, and everything was fixed ASAP. Chris walushka is very helpful, and I would recommend anyone to his dealership!

"Good vehicle, not the best service"
Good quality service, but still waiting on them to send over papers so we can do the notary work. Very irritating.

"Everything is awesome"
I got an oil change and new wipers. The service manager is awesome. Everyone at Walushka Auto House is very nice.

"Labor rates"
After a about two months of back and forth trying to get them to tell me I had a hole in my gas tank. My schedule and there's prolonged getting it in quickly. Finally found the hole. Was told it was going to be fixed at no charge to me. After 11.5 hours of labor and a "Subaru Specialist" coming into put 90 minute appoxy on the tank/hole to fix it. I was then told over the phone I would have to pay for labor because it was so in-depth with a Subaru. However I agree to it to be fixed for free(i have a cheaper more trustworthy place to take it). Upon getting to the dealership I was greeted by the front office lady and the mechanic. The owner cane up and spoke to every one else that walked in. Avoided me a great deal. Keep in mind I expect nothing for free. I asked for a price before the work began and it was stated that it was free, then after it was almost done it was no longer free. Be careful on what they say and what they do. Not a very honest place to deal with.

Zachary how much were you charged for all the work that was done on your car? Your car was brought into the shop more than once and I believe that you were charged very little for all the work that was done. Unfortunately when buying a used car issues may arise and we cannot offer all services for free especially if it is more extensive than expected. Please call me with any further feedback. We strive for satisfaction and apologize for any misunderstandings.

I did speak with the mechanic and you were not charged an obscure amount. You were given a quote and charged $50 to fix brakes and flat tire repair.  The Evap Valve was quoted at $200 and that is our cost from the manufacturer. We could not do everything for $50 as you requested. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and unfortunately we cannot go below the cost that we have to pay the manufacturer.
