Overall very satisfied with service, Warren is always very knowledgeable and extremely polite. In the past there were always light breakfast items for those who wait, This visit it was 9:30am and all the bagels, donuts and danish were already gone except for one half of a bagel. There was no fruit either and only 4 or 5 people sitting in the waiting area, and this was just a half hour you opened, so where did it all go? If you offer this service, which is very kind of you, perhaps it should be available to the customers or provide enough to replenish it past one hour from opening. Another suggestion would be to offer cell phone charging stations in the waiting areas.
