Spoke with Vivian. She said her sister left the vehicle at this facility because it would not start. They kept it for 3 or 4 days and they put a starter in, but she was told the problem was not the starter. It turned out to be the ignition they told her. She was charged $488 for both, but they did not solve the problem. Her sister is very upset and wants the manager to contact her.
