Straightforward honest damage appraisal
I hit a deer on a trip from my home in Colorado to Chicago. I thought the damage was only cosmetic, but right before returning home I noticed a transmission fluid leak. AAA towed my car to Wells Automotive, where Frank told me the damage was far more severe than I had surmised. I had to take a train home, but I felt I was leaving the car in capable hands at Wells. Throughout the whole ordeal, Frank was easy to deal with and told me the straight scoop on what it would take to repair the car.
