Had called the dealership on 14 February 2022 inquiring Bout a specific vehicle. Was informed the vehicle was available. Made an appointment to see the vehicle for 16 February 2022. Got a call from Chris on15 February where he praised the vehicle condition and so on….told him thanks a lot and looking forward to see the Vehicle the next day..took the day off from work and drove the 256 miles to the dealership in Avon. Arrived around 1pm went to the dealership introduced myself told them about my appointment..well they said we are sorry we sold the car earlier today..well I asked you could not call me and tell me about it..since you knew I am coming…was just told maybe something will not work out with the buyer and you can get it than…what a joke..just left to drive back home another 250 miles..day wasted. As a veteran with several tours I just wonder how dealerships with such ethics can thrive….
