"5 star service"
As is always the case at Wiesner, the service personnel(advisors) are very nice and know what they are talking about.
The attempts to up-sell are never over-sold, but services that are legitimately needed.
Having spent my adult life in the auto business, I really appreciate the way they handle themselves.
I also make it a point to tell them exactly that when I have my vehicle in for service.

"Great Service"
Took in my Hyundai Elantra for a bad ignition coil, front brake pad replacement and turned front rotors, and to replace a few burned out bulbs @97,000 miles. Great service and loaner car but with even with coupons the repairs were over $600. Wiesner is a great dealership but like all dealers the labor rate is expensive. May have to cross shop for the next repairs I cannot do myself.

This is the third Hyundai my family has owned. Two have been mine ,
Have used this dealership for both and ALWAYS been very happy with

Capri went above and beyond. It was a difficult diagnosis and she made it very easy for me to leave the vehicle by providing a loaner vehicle. Capri is a great representative of the Hyundai brand and should be compensated accordingly.

"Excellent! Great employees , like Capri Chapa!"
Capri Chapa went out of her way to help me when my car engine broke on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. She was so quick to help me and made it possible that my car was fixed and did so in less than a week! She was very nice and professional and empathetic. She gave wonderful customer care, something that is rare today and for this I will always remember this great experience at Hyundai.
