The new tire sonsors on some vehicals have been a challenge, we should have had you make an appointment to leave it.
When replacment is done the car has to be programed and test driven.
We now have a differnt scanner for setting of the tire pressure sensor to the vehicale which has been working faster.
Since the fire of last year we were hit hard by the loss of customers, we kept all our Technicians but cut down on our office staff.
I am training up Grisel, Polo and put new phone system in which did made thing more fun. My last service advisor had trained for 4 years.

We apologize. It was an oversight on our part.
We replaced a brake light bulb and added a quart of oil. We try to maintain our customers' vehicles to keep them from breaking down and our customers from being pulled over. We neglected to contact you regarding this and we apologize.
That was not right to have charged you more, we are traing up new staff, the fires that happened this last year, we had to cut down on our staff, we did keep our technicians, but I have been training up Polo and Grisle but it taking time. I am sorry about the front desk not following porcedures. We are coming up on our 50th year - but this last year in Sonoma has made us all have to do some changes

Should not have taken so long we apologize, it was a problem with the whole steering wheel assy was bad, new parts are not available, was a real project to find parts and fix.
Project on cars as they get older are very time consuming. we did not charge for a lot of the laber we put into it.
