Pleased.
Honda Pilot 2009. Battery would not hold a charge. First time I took it in, they saw that the battery was bad. So I paid them for a new battery. Drove all day, but noticed air not blowing in the front part of the cabin cool. The next day, battery was dead. So I took it back. They called me the next day and said it seemed the passenger side vanity mirror was sticking on, they also checked the ac and said it needed new valve rings to be replaced. Did that and it worked fine. Drove it all day. Next morning car wouldn't start. Took it in once again. This time I let them keep it for a few days to make sure once they found the issue, it would start again after setting a couple days. They found that the air compressor clutch was stuck and keep pulling on the battery even when the car was off. Now, after a few days of letting it sit there, I called and they said it started right off. Yay. Sometimes they just need continue to check to find the specific problem. For now, it seems to be fixed. I am pleased with the way I was treated and how they were willing to work until they found out what was causing the problem.
