Prompt response & Communications.
Trouble light came on 8pm. Had to leave car at a friends. Came home & filled out appointment form on line. 8:10 AM next morning got a phone call. Said we could bring it in and they would get to it asap based on there work load. Next morning got a call telling us what the code was and our options for repairs. Gave the go ahead. Another call saying they had parts. Final call was it was done. Pricing did not change from start to finish. I was most impressed that they kept me in the loop without me having to call them.

New customer; refreshing they know their business
1. No need to wear a mask... even the GOV of AZ said its up to each business...so don't go there Jenna G. Instead, complain elsewhere.
2. Told them I am a new resident..looking for a local place I can trust. Took my 2006 in for an oil change, and radiator flush, and tire rotation. 3 hours later, and with a service that includes taking me home, picking me up... HAPPY CAMPER here.
3. They don't oversell you on unnecessary repairs. If they find something, they leave it up to you whether you want the service accomplished. THEY EXPLAIN things in laymen's terms. GOOD ASE Mechanics.

Political statement on the front door
Nobody inside was wearing a mask and on the front door a sign said that "masks are not required in this establishment." Also, the American flag hanging out front was altered in some way I am not familiar with. I assume the owner wants us all to know he's a tRump supporter, but I dont feel safe with nobody wearing a mask, so I won't be going back for a couple of years or maybe ever..

Don't follow instructions
Took car in for electrical diagnostics on AC because drivers side was cold but passenger side air was warm. Told 2 hour job. 6 hours later called and told definite electrical problem. An hour later I had no response so I showed up to get car and they got angry. Leaving, I had NO cold air AT ALL and their diagnostics found no problem with AC electrical as specifically stated on receipt. Specifically instructed not to touch AC refrigerant under warranty but did anyway. Now a different repair company says refrigerant side has a problem which makes me wonder what they did against my specific instructions. Drove to CA with passenger warm air side problem the week before but still remained cold in the car. Leaving, I have nothing but hot air on both sides. Gave some excuse insurance company instructed them to countermand customer specific work order request. Work order was specific to check only electrical blend door actuator motor and dampers. Don't trust them at all.
