Unreasonable practices
I have used this facility previously and never had an issue. I needed an air compressor. When I received the estimate, it was extremely high. I asked about bringing the part. He said it was ok. The actual cost of the part was more than $500 less than he was charging. I understand markups, but this was an unreasonable amount. He agreed I could bring the part, however he will only take cash (not debit) and will not provide an invoice for the items he is charging for (labor, freon, ac charge, disposal and tax). I feel that is unreasonable. I will not bring my cars for service again here. It's really too bad, as he is very nice and it is a local business.
