I can’t say enough good things about Yeager Diesel in Yucaipa. I believe his name was Ryan.We were traveling in our RV on an extremely hot day when we started having a problem that had us very concerned.
We drove over to Yeager Diesel, and he diagnosed the issue almost immediately. He knew we were on the road, knew we were worried about whether it was safe to keep driving, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening. Most importantly, he told us honestly that our RV was safe to drive back home to Wildomar and explained what needed to be repaired.
He could easily have taken advantage of two travelers with an RV problem in the heat, but instead, he didn’t charge us a dime.
And the best part? He was absolutely right about his diagnosis.
Talk about an honest man. Knowledgeable, kind, straightforward, and willing to help simply because it was the right thing to do. It is so refreshing to come across a business owner with that kind of integrity.
