I was referred by a friend and took my car in for a routine maintenance. First off, I was really impr
essed with Gary who had tried really hard to accommodate me. Once I dropped off my car he explained what they would be checking. Then after I left about an hour later I received a text from him stating I needed to change a filter and he even included a picture. He later called to let me know what the additional charge would be and I agreed to have it changed. The level of communication and professionalism was outstanding. Efficient and excellent work on my car. They have gained a new loyal customer. On top of it I received an email with a link to their online website where I can access all of my service records with them. Bravo!
