Kind and efficient! First time here was stress-free! :)
This was my first time coming here and everything was just so easy, from the moment I called to make
the appointment, to scheduling around the train schedule, to the drop off and pick up. I appreciate how organized the inspection of my car was, photos of the parts included, and how when he said it would be done by 4pm, it was done exactly by 4pm. I've never experienced such smooth service in my life, and kindness on top of it. I'm so happy I now found my new mechanic :)

My passenger right side in the back plastic cover on my blinker light cracked and Vinny asked me to c
ome down and look at it when I called, so I stopped by, he took a picture of it and two days later it came in and my blinker cover was fixed! Vinny and his crew came to the rescue and I'm so glad we have a great mechanic like Vinny at Midtown Auto - thank you!
