This is the latest of many jobs I’ve trusted to Rory’s to rectify vs. the dealer network. In a nutshe
ll; over the last few years, prior to discovering Rory’s, I had the local Scottsdale Toyota dealer check on a failing blower motor in my v8 4Runner on numerous occasions, invariably receiving the standard “Nothing wrong/ can’t find any problem” response.
Rory’s successfully diagnosed the problem as a failing blower motor, gave me oem/aftermarket pricing options and had me back on the road with a proper repair at a very reasonable price.
On top of being a top notch facility, David is ALWAYS trying to SAVE me $$$$…a customer for life. At least while I’m still driving.
