I had always serviced my 2010 Mercedes E350 at dealerships but gave it at try to do my B Service here
for the first time. Paul performed the service, found several additional issues, quoted me fair price (much lower than dealerships) and got work done next day. On the way out, he realized my key had low battery and replaced it for a new one (for no charge!). Felt very personable. Communication was very clear. I would definitely come back!
