First Day I drove Thought a good One!

I just got it and when driving all the way to Ri, I received a message with my dashboard that the Driver assistance has been reduced! Now Im so confused whats going on! I tried bringing this to the nearly BMW earlier at BMW south of Albany buy for some reason an hour before 6pm the manager said their technician went home early, and Im so disappointed about this experience! I feel like I should not trade my car because also some features like lane departures didnt work properly at all when I drove the car!
