My appointment was scheduled quickly. The shuttle service provider is awesome! I missed minimal time away from work and didn’t have to worry about finding a ride to and from the dealership. Also, I didn’t have a print out of my registration but was able to email it and they even printed me a copy so I didn’t have to worry about it!

The service crew at South Hills Hyundai always take great care of me. They are always up front about what they will do and what it will cost. And the costs are reasonable. They also remind me of things I need to do as various service intervals, as they did this time. My experience with this service crew is so good that it is enough to make me want to buy a new Hyundai.

"Service and showroom employees are courteous and efficient"
I always have my service performed here and drop my car off. I am able to get an appointment quickly and service is completed by lunchtime for me to pick up. Any findings beyond the service requested are brought to my attention and they’re honest and helpful in their recs. Brian in the showroom is also very nice and not pushy, and I would definitely come here when in the market for a new Hyundai.

Completely satisfied with service department however there is a problem with phone and being connected to service department. First call was transferred to service and was on the line for 22 minutes, called back talked to a receptionist and was connected to service department and the same thing happened. After 3rd call the receptionist took my name and number and about 30 minutes later Jordan called me back to schedule appointment. I was concerned because beside the routine oil change/tire rotation I have water leaking on the passenger side of my car. Problem was taken care of at my appointment.

I took the vehicle in because of 2 recalls. I also had another small problem which was under warranty and needed inspection. Left the vehicle overnight. got a call mid-afternoon that all was ready and was surprised at the price which was less than expected due to the amount of work that was done.
