love the car BUT hate Cadillac selective recall process which is extremely half assed, unfair and costly enopugh that we will never buy another

love the car hater cadillacs recall/warranty policies. have a car that had the recall issues but was consistently told my vin number was not included with the recall despite my problem resulting in exactly the condition covering the recall. do not understand when they make a bad part as to why they refuse, as a luxury brand, to behave as though they are selling yugos. totally disgusted by their attitude regarding honoring reasonable expectations as a consumer

Cadillac

First Cadillac I have owned. Based on the last year and a half of driving it, I would by another Cadillac and probably the CTS. Very dependable. Many compliments on the style and color. On long trips, excellent gas mileage.

Reliable, easy to drive, comfortable. Beautiful and luxurious. Many compliments on overall appearance and color (Red). Back seat roomy for a 4 door. Tracks on road nice, plenty of power for a V6. Small glove compartment is a negative.
