I bought the camper first and then the truck. I use to take the camper off but not for years now. The k2500 extra cab is great. Holds passengers and stuff. We go out in the fall hunting and the wife can go with and relax. Having four wheel drive is great on old dirt roads. We have taken a couple of long road trips to see family in MN, UT, friends in Co and Family in TX. The folks would winter over in TX. Great truck with 350 engine. Couldn't afore more. And it is great. Did not want dulleys in the back. So just extra air pressure and it is done.
