Excellent mileage and does the job
If you want to rabbit off the line, waste gas and sound like you are doing just that, then this is not the vehicle for you.
It is disappointing that Honda stopped production of this model in 2006, but I am happy I have one. It has 3 cylinders and
a one Liter engine, but it gets me around town and on long road trips with so far an average of over 55 mpg.
I have 75k miles on this car and it runs great. I drove it to Las Vegas round trip and got over 60 mpg on the entire trip.
I got over 54 mpg on a trip to and from San Antonio even during rush hour with stop and go traffic.
It cruises just fine at 70-80 mph and the only power issue is going up steeper hills or long upward grades.
I like saving money on gas and I can live with a few miles slower when going up a hill.
It is streamlined, handles high winds very well and handles curves quite well.
Comfort is not a huge luxury for long drives, but once again, I like the savings at the gas station and I have driven in
many other vehicles that were hugely more uncomfortable.
