The Elantra N is amazing.

After owning 4 Elantras previously, the N is hands down the best one so far. Plenty of power, and is the best handling FWD car i have driven to date. So much fun to be had in this vehicle.

This is the most fun and engaging drive on four wheels.

The car wants to be driven. It wants to hug corners and provide all that feed back and excitement to the driver. Send me some more N drive gear. I need to get this vehicle to the track and become a brand ambassador!

Second N car in a row. Lets go for number three

I love the N brand, i love what Hyundai has to offer N owners through various clubs in the United States. There is NO OTHER BRAND that can hold a candle to what the N brand has to offer in terms of reliability and warranty. the ability to go from showroom to racetrack and not have to worry about on track powertrain mishaps is bar nonem the best in the industry. keep it up.

Fun with flaws

2k miles on odo. No big complaints. Having multiple issues with infotainment features. Bluetooth calls have no audio, time/temp sometimes registers night when it’s day, or displays temps that are 20 degrees lower than actual temp as if it’s frozen on the last reading it took the night before. Plastic film sticking out on sides of headlights requiring tearing or tucking. Brakes/rotors behave at idling speeds as if it’s not a uniform circle or as if brake pressure drops out and you creep forward again. Parking indicators give false readings at times. Bluetooth calls will pull up call options on car screen randomly when it should happen all the time. Many minor flaws, so I’m probably missing a few. Overall I enjoy the car, it just frequently annoys me.

fun car but software is misfunctioning a lot

octaine learning is really a big problem and it resets every now and then, the N-button also misfunctions sometimes and I write an email to report these problems and progress is very slow.

Amazing in all areas but one

I love everything about the driving experience, handling, sounds, and performance. The one downfall that ALMOST ruins it all for me, is the octane learning. As someone who only puts 91 in their vehicle, it’s disappointing that there isn’t an indicator, or sure way to make sure the car is learned, or stays learned during the same tank. It really puts a damper on a good start to a drive when the car isn’t at full power, or boost, when the competitors to this car, are always at full power on the same fuel. I really wish something could be done about this.

Good fun for the value

Car is sporty and fun. Seats and steering give a sports car feel. It. Back seats are fairly roomy and trunk space is adequate. Biggest issues are the octane learning and the lack of power when octane isn't learned. There's no light or any notification that lets you know octane is learned either. Also I blew something up on a test drive doing a pull to highway speeds so it has me doubting reliability a bit. N mode is kinda neat

Value Beast!

The N checks all the boxes. It does most things really well in any number of different settings. Its fast, fun and affordable, which don't normally go together. There are minor things here and there, but almost all can be modified inexpensively...at the price it leaves room for this, thus you can make it unique to you. Honestly, what else could you ask for?!?
