Very good experience with this our second Hybrid Limited.

We had one early dash display issue. This issue was corrected by our dealer in a timely manner.

Very disappointed in Tuscon purchase and service

Had planned long term ownership and bought Limited package with extended warranties. At 2000 miles problems requiring towing. First dealership said they wouldn't be able to look at it for a week. Towed to second dealership - diagnosed rodent damage due to soy coating on wires (quote from service manager that it attracts rodents) costing $500 deductible with possiblity of additional extensive costs in the future. Been told some people had "over $10,000 in damage". Add costs/time for recommended rodent spray which I am told probably won't work and who expects to have to spray their car every night! Lived in area for 25 years with multiple cars and no problems. No nieghbors have Hyundais or problems. First time at service, car not properly diagnosed. Was called back with different diagnosis. Car then not properly repaired so had to take it back an additional 2 times (1 hour each way travel plus time) and still not fixed because they kept missing issue from original diagnosis. Also extra parts left on seats/floor and wires hanging below dash when picked up. Per service manager due to incompetence. Scheduled 4th visit next week. Service contact won't install rodent repelling tape because it would void warrantly - I have no idea how to do this. Would really appreciate some assistance and support from Hyundai.

Luxurious quiet ride, but hybrid mpg is missing the mark

Excellent all around. The only disappointment so far is the fuel efficiency of the hybrid. EPA rating is 35 mpg, but I've been getting more like 30 on the highway.

Very High Tech but tremendous safety features!

The price was right and I am learning the vehicle. Not easy at age 78 even though I flew for a full Navy career. 17 High tech features I have never had before. Some like auto mode windshield wipers I love, others like Active cruise control and emergency auto braking have given me fits. I asked dealer since I am only driver (wife is not American and is afraid of car) how can I stop having to enter 4 digit code every start up? They claimed you can not bypass, but Youtube.com showed me otherwise. Happy not to have that multiple times per day task. We will see how it handles in winter snow and ice.

Great Vehicle with one glaring safety issue.

I love the vehicle, how it performs, the fuel economy, the cargo space and the safety features. However there has been an issue with the Instrument Display, where it flickers on and off. I have read this is a similar problem other people have had. It is currently in the shop for the third time, and the dealership has not been aware of how to fix this and have not been very helpful throughout this process. It is a safety issue, because I can't see my speed and also because i will be looking at the side turn video while I'm switching lanes and it will just go out unexpectedly. Fix this and you would have a happy customer.

Excellent vehicle met all expectations

This is my third Hyundai hybrid,having owned a Sonata hybrid,and an Ioniq, I was looking for a Tucson hybrid. This vehicle doesn't disappoint. It has the band ease of driving( getting in and out of), visibility,and combined with great fuel economy makes it a great vehicle.
