Achilles’ heel on this car is the transmission

Achilles’ heel on this car is the transmission. We have had this car for a few years now and we enjoy the solid ride and the turbo six-cylinder engine. However the transmission valve body went out at 60,000 miles. I’ve never had that happen to another car I have owned in the past. Other than that the car has been excellent but you have to be willing to use premium fuel. That is an issue today!
