Large comfortable and reliable sedan

The 2006 version of the XJ-8L sedan represents the third year model for this sedan which was completely re-designed in 2024. Fitted with a 4.2 liter V-8 mated to a 6-speed German transmission with over-drive the car cruises easily at 80 mph on the interstate at 2,000 rpm. The non-supercharged version provides plenty of power and surprising fuel economy with the reliability you don't get with the super-charged versions.

Best car I've ever owned hands down.

I have 250,000 miles and while it isn't cheap to fix, I still love driving it everyday. I still get comments at least twice a week about what a beautiful car it is. It has pep, is comfortable and has good looks. What more do you want from an automobile.

I have a Vanden Plas and it looks like new.

I bought the car in 2008 and can't imagine ever having a different one, now. There's something about a Jaguar that gets hold of you and makes you feel differently. I love my Jag. It's part of me.....

Excellent riding car

I have the XJ super V8, it has plenty of power and rides like a dream.
