My IS 250 scrapes the ground in front.

Other than a daily scraping of the bumper I like the IS 250. Better than the new Toyotas which are like little uncomfortable little toys. Tried some and first of all couldn't get key in & out easily. Not good for someone who has any kind of arthritis. Lexus was better than 6 or 7 cars I tried. The horn on Lexus doesn't sound like a bike horn.

VERY Reliable Vechile

I didn't give the IS 250 5 Stars because my only issues have been with the door actuator, they are very expensive and I have had to replace one and now the other side is giving me problems, it's $450 just for the part. a little excessive if you ask me.

Outstanding service

Skyla is great. Honest and knowledgeable so is the manager. Everyone is always so very nice and helpful. When I drop my car off for any service I am given everything without any surprises. Fast and professional as any place of business should be.

2012 Lexus IS250

Overall the car has been everything I was hoping for as far as reliability, performance and size. I will fault the car, (although it was actually a pre-existing condition,) for small side mirrors, low driver's seat and the inability to see objects around you easily form the drivers position. Rear headrests and the height of the doors add to what is already a lack of visibility from the drivers seat. I bought the car knowing these limitations, but figured we will get used to the quirks of the design, but haven't as much as I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend a backup camera, ours lacked that feature.
