Verified Review

Not satisfied with product support. Especially with environmental systems

Had a lot of from the factory hiccups and it was an uphill trail to get information. After issues were identified the response was about 1/2 of what expected, given that this was new off the showroom floor. A qualifying remark - I am retired - I understand all product support & services have been degraded in the last 10 years.
