"Nina Holmes ROCKS!!!!"
My car was in for a recall and the first visit they were running behind so Nina rescheduled me to a date and time more convenient for me....I brought it back in and Nina was so nice! She kept me informed on the service progress, made sure I knew where the drinks and snacks were....she made my recall visit almost 'enjoyable'! Nina ROCKS!!!

"Excessive wait time despite appointment and supposedly routine recall checking. Not sure why other tha "busy" response."
Overall satisfactory, however appointment time was not abided by. Confusion in sorting out other appointments/customers.

"Remodel and process improved a lot"
I was sooo done with the horrible service at S.States. Due to a Santa Fe hood latch recall I used them one more time. My experience: I was pleasantly surprised at the remodel and process for car check in and repair. I was assigned a customer service rep who genuinely cared. When the job was done, billing and payment had been changed to an easy pay at the rep's desk. Nice. I am so glad they got rid of the old system and the employees who were NOT customer responsive. Thanks for listening to our complaints all those years and finally doing something about it. Allen

Scheduled online after seeing concerning smoke coming from tailpipe. Colton walked me through my options of services so that I could pick the ones needed and stay in my budget. I added an oil change due to the value. Colton even spent time helping me clear pesky streaks on my inside windshield. Courtesy drive to/from work while you wait makes this dealer a fit for my needs.
