About as good as a Van gets.

I’ve owned 4 Vans and have had many others for work. Ford, Chevy, Dodge etc. This is the 2nd Sprinter., and i actually like the older models (NV3) over the newer (VS30) less annoying tech. Great vans but the maintanance must be followed and will cost more than a gas van. If you don’t have the funds to keep up, get another van

Expensive

The van has good gas mileage, but the Def system always messes up, Manufacturer should install a override switch to disconnect the count down for starts when the Def system is malfunctioning or install a regin system. Dealer too expensive to take the vehicle for service

Over rated vehicle

I will never purchase another Mercedes Sprinter. That’s all I have to say. It’s a waste of money. Horrible customer service. Dealer locks you out resetting for some error ( etc. restart countdown ). I so regret buying a sprinter.

My one of a kind Mercedes Sprinter.

Love the driveabiliry. Best of all large cargos. Air conditioning problems never fixed after 6 attempts and almost 4 years. No other Sprinter had this issue. Great Van. But a lemon of an Air Conditioning system.

Love our Sprinter/RoadTrek

We have a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter modified into a 2014 RoadTrek. Have had unit only 3 1/2 years but love it.
