Worst vehicle I've ever owned. Just had to part with it for 4 weeks while it was in the shop for extensive repairs. Tough to run a small biz when your vehicle is gone for repairs so often, not to mention the costs of the repairs. Most parts have to come from Mercedes Benz and are not cheap.

Aaron’s Tire and Automobile has taken care of all my vehicle needs for well over 30 years. They were even able to diagnose and fix a problem with my Jeep that my dealership after five or more times and having my vehicle for a minimum of two month plus could not find.

This is a one of a kind vehicle that sets my wine tour business apart from all tour companies in the Paso Market
I spent two years looking for the right Sprinter for my business. A good friend of mine sent me a screen shot of an ad on a FB limo owners' group. To make this ride suitable for wine tours I had to spend $8500- but the result after the coachbuilder made my required modifications was stunning!

Many many issues
This truck is very poor in terms of reliability. I have had many, many issues and it's only a 2016. The latest is the rear end is shot and needs replacement. Parts are $8500 from MB. Other issues were cracked intake manifold, def tank cracked, def pump failed, turbo failed, eats tires like there's no tomorrow.

This is the third Mercedes sprinter motorhome we’ve owned and all have been the best. The conversion by Pleasure Way is truly highest quality. Put the two together and you have an outstanding motor vehicle.

Awesome Van. excellent ride quality. Also very smooth quiet interior at low or highway speeds. Just don't go to Mercedes-Benz Dealership for any maintenance service or repairs. Way overpriced. Plenty of room fit family of 5 or cargo. Great for transporting chickens!

2016 Sprinter RV
We love our Sprinter RV! No problems with acceleration, climbing hills. MPG stays between 15 -17 (actually got 19 mpg on a 4 hour stretch between Sanibel island to Key West. Mechanically sound and have had zero problems during the first 20,000 miles. We would definitely purchase this vehicle again. The only cons that I have found are the front seats and a little small (I have long legs), and I do not like where the front edge of the seat presses against my upper leg. The other con would be the Becker gps/radio and speakers. I had them removed and replaced with a Pioneer system.
