Cayman base

Love it. Got rid of my Ducati for this. Wife's happy, I'm happy.Glad I got the 2.7 Plenty fast for Great mileage. But the mid engine handling is what really sets this car apart from the others. Very reliable.

Nirvana

Former 911 owner. If you haven’t experienced the mid-engine platform you are missing out on a superior handling/fun experience. And for the money, it’s the best track vehicle Porsche makes, right out of the box.

Thrilling daily driver

The commute to work has never been better. Always smiling before and after the drive. It is a drivers car. Meaning what you put into it is what you will get back. Mine is 2008 so no fancy tech. In fact I prefer to not even use the radio and just listen to the engine.

Great overall vehicle

Purchase a 2008 Porsche Cayman S about a year ago with ~40K miles. Driven it about ~10K Miles in one year. Overall it isa great fun car to drive around town and on track (1 DE event at Roebling Road). Great handling, relatively low maintenance cost considering it is an 11 year old German car. Cabin space is a little small but it is a Mid engine 2 seat vehicle so that is expected. This vehicle came with sports adaptive seats which makes a big difference in comfort. Only option I would liked to have is the Bose sound system because Porsche basic radio is sub par. Overall, at the price range these Cayman's are selling it is a great relatively economical way to own a fun Porsche.
