Minor stuff impacts overall performance meeting expectations
Automatic driver seat controls should allow seat to be higher. Seat belt retraction device doesn't work correctly. Surge when battery switches to gas takes some getting used to, and has on just a couple of occasions, caused a need to brake quickly. Mileage seems to get worse over time. Having said all that, car is very solid in all types of weather and provides reliable transportation that I expected from my second Highlander.
